We are looking for a talented freelance wordpress plugin developer to develop plugin or tweak wordpress based job portal.

Following are the functionalities we need

Employers

1. Job posting is paid
2. Employer can create register free. However if they want to post any job they have to buy the job posting. If they try to post job without buy the must be prompted to pay.
3. Employers shall be able to add job which would be nothing but a post
4. Job posting would be not via post but a new page which will capture the fields and add it as post.
5. The plugin shall be able to have functionality to add the fields which we want from the admin (Dynamic Field creation)
6. Once Job posting is done it can’t be modified by employer, only admin can modify it
7. Employers account page where they can see their job posting details, start daye, expiry date, link to the job
   1. Purchase Job Posting Button
   2. Applications – Job applications will have link to the job seekers profile and CV attached whenn jobn seeker applied to the job
   3. Application status – Applied/Selected/Rejected
   4. If application is rejected then Employer will have option to provide comment why application was rejected.

Job Seekers

1. Registration is free
2. Job Application is free.
3. Job Seekers would register as Subscriber

Job Application Flow

1. Employer posts job
2. Admin approves it, before admin approves jobn the job (post) will be in draft status
3. Job Seeker would apply to the job
   1. If job seeker is not logged in then he will be asked to login and then after login he will be directed to the job application page
   2. On the job application page applicant can fill up the Covering letter and attach a CV.
   3. Job seeker can also use the stored CV.
4. After job application Employer will be notified via e-mail that a job application is made.
   1. In e-mail there will be link to view the jobn application (Employer – My Account page)
   2. Employer can be able toview covering letter as well as Job Seekers CV
   3. Employer can take action Selected/Rejected.
   4. Job seekers will be notified via e-mail if any action is taken by employer

Job

1. Job posting page will have following field
   1. Job Title
   2. Description
   3. Skills
   4. City
   5. Country

Applicant profile

Applicant must have experience in developing wordpress plugin

Payment Terms and Conditions

For remote/work from home jobs the payment will be via paypal or any other online method depending on your location.

UK – BACS/UK Bank Cheque/Paypal

USA/Canada/Australia/New zealand– Paypal/Moneybookers

India – Paypal/Moneybookers/Cheque issued from Indian Bank.

Russia/Ukraine/Belarus/Croatia/Bosnia Herzegovina/Serbia/Other Eastern European Countries/Rest of World – Moneybookers/Payoner/XOOM or any other method
