First of all we are not a freelance site. We are a freelance jobs site where employers post job and you apply to those jobs directly. We are not involved in the payment. You apply for the job and employer will contact you if you are selected. You will have to discuss rest of terms and conditions, working method and payment with employer directly.
In most cases employer mentions all these terms and conditions in the job description.
