Simple wordpress theme design tweaking and embedding true type fonts in web pages

1)We need a WordPress Theme Designer to tweak a simple worpdress theme to have rounded corner bottom in the sidebar widget boxes.
the theme is already developed and live except the rounded corner bottom.
We will provide the CSS and design mockup.
We can’t provide the whole theme.
If you need any more details then we can provide.
The code shall be tabeless in CSS using DIVs only

2) We need to embed a true type font in the web pages which shall work with all the latest browser.
We have purchased the font. We need provider to embed it in the CSS code and make it work.

3) There is another theme which require some tweaking. At present it is 3 column, we want to make it 2 column, the 1st column has to be removed, center column to be stretched, and sidebar width has to be changed.

Also we have some extra code in sidebar which requires little tweaking with CSS.
All of above work would be in CSS without using tables.
