The .psd designs are layered design.

We need a clean PSD to HTML conversion, the HTML must be W3C validated and cross browser compatible.

We need followings

1) Convert the 3 pages .psd designs into HTML/CSS

2) All pages would be in pure CSS without any tables

3) Pass W3C validation for all 3 pages

4) Make sure that all elements are having their own CSS definitions.

5) All style definitions should be in .css file
